1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FreshEnquiry, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Platform Use
- Users must provide accurate registration and business information.
- Listings, enquiries, and messages must comply with applicable laws and must not be fraudulent or misleading.
- FreshEnquiry may suspend accounts that violate platform policies or abuse other users.
3. Buyer & Seller Responsibilities
FreshEnquiry connects buyers and sellers but is not a party to transactions between users. Pricing, delivery, payment terms, and fulfillment are agreed directly between the parties unless otherwise stated on the platform.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Premium seller features and advertising services may require paid subscriptions. Billing terms, renewal, and refunds are described in our Refund Policy and checkout flows.
5. Limitation of Liability
FreshEnquiry is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or disputes arising from user transactions, except where required by law.
